Mesh Preparation and Degreasing Chemicals
Alkemi Mesh Prep & Degreaser Concentrate
Alkemi Universal Mesh Prep
Perfect stencils start with properly prepared screens. Universal Mesh Prep is a combined degreaser and wetting agent. This helps the mesh to hold as much water as possible which is the key to applying Capillex films successfully.
Alkemi chemicals and solvents are environmentally friendly, safe to use, and highly effective for screen preparation, in process, and post-printing screen cleaning and maintenance.

Alkemi Degreaser Concentrate
1:15, 1:20, 1:25
Premium degreaser concentrate, water-based and dilutable preparation for the removal of grease and general contaminants from screen printing mesh prior to applying the photo stencil emulsion. Excellent anti-static properties and biodegradable - helps to reduce fish eyes. The product is suitable for the use in automatic machines or manual application.
Degreasers – Key to success of the screen making and minimizing time for spotting-out prior to going on to press is mesh preparation. Alkemi Degreasers and mesh preparation products have been optimized to improve the coating quality and adhesion of emulsions and capillary films in screen printing.

Haze Removal
Traditional haze removers, like the Alkemi Haze Hunter and Haze Remove Liquid, are fast acting haze removers that eliminate these tough stains, but need to be monitored closely to avoid damage tot he mesh. Haze Remover HV is a new breed of haze remover in that you can leave it on overnight, not just 5-10 minutes, and it will crystalize on the mesh to remove stains without risk of damaging screens. Apply Haze Remover HV at the end of the day, then rinse off in the morning, and say goodbye to damaging screens during haze removal.

Stencil Remover Concentrate
Premium Stencil Remover Concentrate. Concentrated product that is diluted with water and used to reclaim stencil making systems, such as direct emulsions and Capillary films. Stencil Remover concentrates offer screen printers a more sustainable cleaning process, as they reduce the amount of packaging used and reduces the carbon footprint as less product needs to be delivered to the end user. Example; 1 liter of concentrate - make up to 31 liters of finish product.
